We warmly invite you to join us at our warehouse in Long Beach, CA for a personalized hat experience like no other.
Step into our world and meet our esteemed master hatter, Moroni Lightning Moccasins, who will guide you through a specialized consultation for your custom hat. During this appointment, we'll take precise measurements, let you try on various hat crowns to find the perfect fit, and discuss all the wonderful customization options available to you.
However, if you're not quite ready for a custom hat consultation, our showroom is open for you to explore. Try on our wide selection of available hats, mingle with our friendly team, and immerse yourself in our current collections firsthand.
Oh, and here's an added bonus: your $50 deposit can be applied towards either your custom hat or any purchase you make during your visit.
Please keep in mind that the showroom may be open to other customers during your appointment, ensuring a lively and vibrant atmosphere.

Appointment Details
Each appointment is intended for 1 to 2 person's hat fitting or shopping experience. This allows us the appropriate time to focus on you and your guest.
If you would like to have more than 2 people during your appointment please reach out to us to see if we can accommodate.
Our warehouse is wheelchair accessible and there are some chairs for seating.
Masks are strongly encouraged for those displaying symptoms of sickness or for those who are immune compromised or in contact with immune compromised individuals.

All Custom hats are made to order. The current wait time is 4 to 6 months for a custom hat.
Deposit

We require a $50 deposit for each appointment.
This deposit is non-refundable.
Your $50 deposit can be applied towards either your custom hat or any purchase you make during your visit.
Cancellations
Cancellations
Cancellations require a 24 hour notice.
If you would like to reschedule we require a 48 hour notice.
An appointment can only be rescheduled twice.
