HAT CARE
Each hat is a vintage piece that has been sourced just for you. That being said, each hat has developed character and been loved before it is passed along to you. The character includes the normal wear you may expect when an item has been cherished and used with care.
Please treat your hat with care.
Pro tips:
+ Your hat can handle a bit of water, but try and keep them dry
+ Your hat sits best on flat surfaces or hanging on a wall
+ Reach out with any specific questions about care and we are more than happy to help

Why do we use repurposed materials?
Reclaiming and recycling.
We want to use what is discarded and give it new life.
To teach people to use everything with purpose.
There are plenty of beautiful vintage hats and sturdy worn leather to repurpose for your signature hat.
Why sage?
The sage is a gift from us to you.

ORDER INFORMATION
When placing an order, your billing address must match the information linked to your payment method. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance.
At this time, we only accept one form of payment per order. Gift Cards and coupons can be applied, but an order cannot be split into multiple payment forms.
Orders placed are subject to applicable state, local, and county sales tax. Your order confirmation will reflect an estimated sales tax and order total based on the shipping zip code entered when your order was placed.
Orders for items available for immediate purchase cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed. If you would like to return your item, please refer to our returns and exchange section. Hat purchases and Custom hat orders cannot be canceled. These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
PROMOTIONAL SALES
Promotions/discounts/sale and etc are only valid for the advertised dates and times.
Codes must be applied at checkout to receive the discount.
Sales prices, discounts, or promotional sales will not be applied retroactively to past orders.

Hats, Custom hat gift cards, and TVHC gift cards are excluded from all sales, promo codes, and discounts.
